Epilepsy Alarms.

The guys at Illustrate Digital have worked on two projects for us so far and we have to say the experience has been first class. We have been really impressed by the whole team, lines of communication are excellent and the finished product is exactly what we wanted. If you decide to use them for your web requirements, you wont be disappointed!

Epilepsy Alarms

Brief.

Epilepsy Alarms approached us in order to get their website updated. They have a great product but were aware that their website wasn’t bringing in conversions and sales like it should do.

They also needed to put across a much more professional display of their product. As big players within the industry, and a serious product, their site wasn’t giving the impression it needed to.

New product photography and new way to display products.

What We Did.

Firstly, we spent some time consulting with Epilepsy Alarms about their industry and understanding the needs of their clients. Then, equipped with our new understanding, we set about building them a new site, based on an existing WordPress theme and then adding in some custom design code.

Part of showcasing their products in a better way meant new photographs and so we shot all the product photography in-house. This, combined with the new design, meant a much fresher layout and a better customer experience.

Epilepsy Alarms are endorsed by Dr Hilary Jones, a well known GP and so it was important to showcase this significant partnership to give confidence to their site visitors and potential customers.

We also produced customised checkout options. With some options for VAT exemption needed and the need to gather medical information, our development team produced some really great work! Finally, we integrated Zendesk Chat for the Epilepsy Alarms customer support team to use.

Cool Functionality.

  • Customised checkout: designed to help customers see exactly what they’re paying for and how much they’re paying.
  • Zendesk chat integration.
  • In-house product photographs.
