Rachel Davies (also known as Rach PM) is our Project Manager, who joined us in July 2023!
Her job is to facilitate and empower our team to have the confidence to complete their work to the best of their abilities. She’s also the primary contact for clients and also the internal scheduling champion (this is what Em likes to call her!).You’ll find her responsible for establishing key milestones and deadlines within a project, monitoring budgets, and managing (read: surpassing 
) client expectations.
She’s passionate about ensuring all the clients and the internal team at ID are confident with project progress and feel that they are being supported throughout. “I’ve really enjoyed managing expectations and solving any problems – I feel like I bring a compassionate and personable approach to this”, she says.
She’s skydived twice (once for charity and another just because!) and bungee jumped on her GAP YAH. She’s a fluent Welsh speaker, a big foodie, and wants to visit as many countries as she possibly can… so far she’s on 26 countries and counting!
