As the leading supplier of radio communications in the UK, covering a large number of high streets and emergency services, M.R.S. Communications needed a fresh approach to their digital presence. They approached us at Illustrate Digital with open minds about what was the next best step for their brand and put their trust in us to deliver something that would provide greater credibility and encourage more customer enquiries.
What We Did.
Working with the senior management team at M.R.S. we began a process of discovery and research that led to a new website strategy we could all agree would work well, one that would enable future growth for the brand.
Once the strategy was established, which included new photography, we set about designing wireframes and mockups to create the structure and style of the new website. This was a key stage for the UX team at Illustrate to make informed decisions about a user’s journey through the website and ensure we can provide them the best experience when exploring the vision, values and services of M.R.S. Communications.
We then set about developing the new website, front-end first to get all of the styling and interactions in place, followed by back-end to focus on the way content would be managed. The site is powered by WordPress and has been developed in a way that allows for flexible management of content. With their new website the team at M.R.S. are able to create new content, edit pages and change the site to suit their needs and campaigns.
